This is a two day practical course designed to prepare you  for work or training in the busy café scene. This course will teach you how to operate a commercial  espresso machine, set the grind, extract a perfect espresso,  texturize milk, and pour a range of coffees.   Whether it is for a part time job or just to learn something new, having barista skills you can travel the world. 

School holiday program delivered to those over 14  years and 9 months.  cost is $50 for the two days.  Places fill fast so get in early so you don't miss out.
