Hatha Yoga promotes health, vitality and wellbeing. Be guided through a series of gentle postures, stretches, balancing positions, breathing and relaxation practices. Specifically designed for beginners and for those with some experience. Yoga is a practical approach to improve health and vitality. All ages welcome. Students are advised to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.
