This Hatha Yoga class is for beginners and those with some experience. Yoga is a practical approach to improve health and vitality. The class provides an opportunity for students to get in touch with a yoga practice including gentle stretching and relaxation, posture work, pranayama, breathing. Stress management techniques, creative visualisation and meditation. All ages welcome. Students to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
